Fresh Wharf is very pleased to announce that in January 2018 the Northern part of the site was sold to the award winning house builder Countryside Properties who will implement the planning consent.
The planning permission allows for an exciting mixed-use scheme comprising around 900 residential units plus space for café/restaurant, commercial, community and residential mooring use. Two new public spaces, one directly on the waterfront, are envisaged. Countryside will be working in partnership with Notting Hill Housing to deliver some of the residential units.
