Fresh Wharf shareholders were invited on site on Saturday 6th July. It was a good turn out for a very warm day. The shareholders were given a presentation by Managing Director Flavia Jokic and then enjoyed lunch provided by Limoncello Catering. The presentation included an update on the proposed residential development, a snapshot of the housing market in East London and financial perspectives and strategy for all Fresh Wharf companies. Later shareholders were given a walking tour of the site.

The boat community at Fresh Wharf was pleased to welcome St Pancras Cruising Club for the annual barbecue on the shores of the River Roding.
Strong winds on the Thames prevented the narrow boats from completing the river journey to Barking, so club members moored up at Limehouse and continued by public transport to our site.
Residents and guests enjoyed an afternoon of barbecue treats and Fresh Wharf would like to thank all those who participated and to the Cruising Club for their very welcome attendance.
Fresh Wharf has been pleased to welcome two different film crews on to the estate in recent weeks. First up was emerging artist and MOBO winner Rachel Kerr whose video was shot against a backdrop of industrial units that appealed to her producers. Next came the Alesha Street Dance Stars, filmed for BBC Manchester. Please contact the management team at Fresh Wharf if you are interested in using our premises for your next production.
We have just completed an installation of new lighting around the estate including along the central access road.
We hope this will improve visibility for night-time users and residents and enhance security on the estate.
